Surprise, Surprise, Surprise

Talk about being in shock! Dan and I were invited to brunch with our friends at the Perry State Patrol Office a few weeks back. I was so excited, but a little perplexed that our Cup of Blue team wasn’t invited (or so we thought!). When we arrived at the Post, there were our Blue Team smiling like crazy and no Troopers around. I felt a little overwhelmed because my gut was telling me something was up. And the SURPRISE was amazing! We were escorted over to the Ag Center at the Fairgrounds where Dan and I were appointed as Honorary Georgia State Troopers. I had never heard of such a thing. What an incredible honor and HUGE responsibility. Dan & I both know that we could never “deserve” such an honor without our Cup of Blue Board, Sponsors and grateful community that LOVES blessing our LEOs.
Thank you Georgia State Patrol. We will work hard to do our calling with excellence as we see you do everyday. We love you all deeply.

We are honored to introduce our Board: Lance and Charlotte Watson, who joined this dream team this past fall, but have been working alongside us since day one. I met Lance about six years ago, during some difficult times. I was getting my hair done, and Lance had just finished his haircut. I ended up paying for his stylist, and we laughed and cried together. Lance and Charlotte entered this ministry as true servants, and their contributions fill my heart with gratitude!
Chris and Tammie Litsas bring military and event coordinating experience that has energized our efforts to serve and bless in ways we could never have done on our own. We are so grateful for their service to our country and to our Law Enforcement Community.
Captain John and Dianne bring years of Law Enforcement knowledge and valuable contacts, expanding our outreach to various LE departments. Without their input, we wouldn’t have the ability to see what truly blesses and encourages our men and women in blue. We are deeply grateful for their guidance and wisdom in this ministry.
Dan and I want to thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for your service to this ministry. We love and appreciate you all more than words can express.
